ABOUT LIBRARY
Knowledge Center started originally in the year 1991-1992 . Currently it is located Hebbur Mahavidylaya Building and having the different section namely, Reference section, Reading section, Journal section, Digital Library, and it is easily accessible to users, well maintained and ventilated.
Its objective is to provide document and information support to the research, studies, and other activities of Hebbur college. More specifically it is to provide adequate information resources, services and facilities to satisfy the information needs of the different categories of users. In supporting the academic teaching, study and other activities of Library.
OBJECTIVES
- To fulfill the information needs in facilitating learning, teaching, research and consultancy.
- To optimize usage of various information resources and facilities.
- To reinforce users learning program towards lifelong learning.
- Providing the latest information in the field Arts and commerce subjects.
- To assemble, preserve and circulate, as budget and resources permit, books and other resources necessary to provide information.
